Upcoming Programs

There are two movie programs coming up quick at the Gettysburg Library! The first movie is a recent release...

When teenager Sam Witwicky buys his first car, what he doesn't know, is that it's actually an alien robot. This isn't the only alien to arrive on Earth. Optimus Prime and a fellow group of transforming robots have arrived in search of the AllSpark. But, Optimus Prime and his Autobots aren't the only aliens to appear. Megatron and the Decepticons are also searching for the AllSpark, and it would do anything to get it, even if it means destroying the city.

We'll be watching this on Sunday, April 20th @ 2:00 pm @ the Gettysburg Library.


The second movie that we will be watching is a brand new release. We'll actually be showing it on the on the evening that it is released to DVD...

This movie is from the point of view of five New Yorkers. It starts as a monster of unknown origin destroys a building. As they go to investigate, parts of the building and the head of the Statue of Liberty come raining down. The movie follows their adventure trying to escape and save a friend, a love interest of the main character.

We'll be watching this on Tuesday, April 22nd @ 6:30 pm @ the Gettysburg Library.

As always, all county teens 13+ are welcome and we will be popping the popcorn and providing drinks.
